Can payment be collected at closing?
Yes. For qualifying transactions we can invoice through the title company and collect at closing, so repairs don't hold up a deal or require the buyer or seller to front the cost.
Do you work with insurance carriers on claims?
Yes. We document damage the way adjusters expect, meet on-site when helpful, and support the claim from first inspection through completed restoration.
